✨ The Vault ~ Event Space
A quaint, cozy atmosphere designed to accommodate 30–35 guests, The Vault ~ Event Space features:
- A plush lounge area
- Up to 3 large rectangular tables (seating 6–8 guests each)

2 square tables (seating 4 guests each)

2–3 cocktail tables (seating 2–3 guests each)
All tables, chairs, and table linens are included with your rental.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and décor.
Please note: There is no refrigerator available.
🕒 Rental Details
Event space rentals are booked in pre-scheduled 4-hour increments and include setup and cleanup time.
Saturday Availability:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday Availability:

*Weekday rentals are also available at a different rate—perfect for classes, meetings, Bible studies, and small gatherings. Contact us for availability and pricing.
⏰ Timing Policy (Important)
Your rental time includes both setup and cleanup.
Access to the space begins at your scheduled start time.
Early entry is not permitted unless arranged in advance.
Want extra time to decorate or set up?

Early Access Add-On: $75 per additional hour (based on availability)
If your event runs past your scheduled time:

Overage Fee: $25 per 30 minutes
💳 Booking & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
- Remaining balance is due one week prior to your event
Rental Fee: $350
⚠️ Additional Information
- The greenery wall is a permanent fixture and may not be removed
- Please treat the space with care—damage or excessive cleanup fees may apply
- The Vault is located within Mama + Me Boutique—please be mindful of the shared space

✨ Event Space Rental Agreement
By booking this space, you agree to the following:
- Rental includes setup + cleanup within your reserved time
- Overtime is $25 per 30 minutes
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Balance due 48 hours prior
- You are responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, and guest behavior
- No food or debris in restroom sinks
- Children must be supervised at all times
👉 A full rental agreement will be provided prior to your event.
